InnoPlus HDPE is made from the low pressure polymerization using the slurry process of Mitsui Technology. This technology provides uni-modal and bi-modal molecular structures with wide range of melt flow rate and density that give InnoPlus HDPE excellent processability together with high mechanical strength, which is suitable for various applications. Excellent production control and specific raw material selection of InnoPlus HDPE offers high certainty of specific properties to meet all particular needs and complie with international standard regulations i.e., U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 regulation for polyethylene used in food contact articles, except for articles used for packaging or holding food during cooking. InnoPlus HDPE also meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) according to 2002/95/EC.

InnoPlus HD1100J PTT特征：

高密度聚乙烯具有良好的耐熱性和耐寒性，化學穩定性好，還具有較高的剛性和韌性，機械強度好。介電性能，耐環境應力開裂性亦較好。硬度、拉伸強度和蠕變性優于低密度聚乙烯；耐磨性、電絕緣性、韌性及耐寒性均較好，但與低密度絕緣性比較略差些；化學穩定性好，在室溫條件下，不溶于任何有機溶劑，耐酸、堿和各種鹽類的腐蝕；薄膜對水蒸氣和空氣的滲透性小、吸水性低；耐老化性能差，耐環境開裂性不如低密度聚乙烯，特別是熱氧化作用會使其性能下降，所以，樹脂需加入抗氧劑和紫外線吸收劑等來提高改善這方面的不足。高密度聚乙烯薄膜在受力情況下的熱變形溫度較低，這一點應用時要注意 。
